By using One Square Space Ltd you accept that you are legally bound by the following terms.

Alterations may occasionally be made to these terms. Please review terms regularly in order to be aware of any changes made.

1. If a property is deemed to be unreasonably untidy, we're unable to access or an instruction is cancelled at short notice, an exterior photograph may be supplied at standard cost and a re-shoot may need to be arranged, which may be chargeable.

​The extra time spent on site to make the property ready will be chargeable.

 

2. If window shutters, garden doors etc. are locked keys should be left in an accessible location or specific instructions made available.

3. One Square Space Ltd will take a specify number of photos depending on the type of service requested. Our photographers should be notified in advance of any specific requirements.

4. One Square Space Ltd will supply floor plans in PDF and JPEG formats drawn to RICS guidelines by e-mail within 24 working hours of accessing a property.

5. One Square Space Ltd will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of floor plans, however all measurements are approximate and floor plans are for illustrative purposes only and should be used as such by any prospective purchaser.

6. Garden measurements will be shown in width and length only.​​

7. One Square Space Ltd will supply Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) by e-mail in PDF format. This is a non-invasive, visual inspection. Inspectors will only assess what they find on the day and do not test or make any assumptions on the operational performance of energy related service equipment and/or features. Access is required to all relevant areas of the property including the loft (if applicable) and documentary evidence should be made available (relating to glazing type and date of installation, retro fitted insulation etc.) for the inspector on the day of the visit.

8. If new evidence is submitted after an EPC has been finalised, a new certificate may need to be produced. This may incur an additional cost if relevant information was not made available at the time of inspection. Where energy saving costs are provided they are for guidance purposes only and should not be interpreted as a quotation or estimate.

9. One Square Space Ltd reserves the right to decline any instruction, and the right to not access a property due to health and safety issues. This will be fully chargeable.

10. Whilst we make every effort to arrive at scheduled appointments on time, it is sometimes not possible to keep to a specific time. If a photographer is running late, notice will be given at the earliest possible opportunity.

11. One Square Space Ltd will archive images, plans and EPC’s for a period of 6 months. There may be a discretionary fee thereafter.

12. One Square Space Ltd shall exclusively own all copyright and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the instruction.

 

​13. One Square Space Ltd will reserve the right to cancel any service that will bring direct or indirect profit to a competitor.

 

14. If One Square Space Ltd understand or suspect that a conflict of interest exists and a Company is acting in ways that may compromise One Square Space Ltd image, we reserve the right to terminate our collaboration immediately.

 

15. One Square Space Ltd will invoice the client on the 30th of each month.

The invoice will be sent by email. Full payment should be made within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.

Any Outstanding balance  could be subject to late payment fees of £80 which will be applied to each overdue invoice and any discount made on the service provided will be removed.

 

16. Any unpaid invoice will be recover by an external Collection Agency with an additional charges.                                                                                                    

 

                                                                            Late Cancellation & No-show Policy

 

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24h notice before a scheduled appointment. This is to make sure that your cancellation doesn’t affect our schedule, times and other clients.

Any cancellation, no-show or reschedule made less than 24h will be charged as non-refundable booking fee of £45.00 for holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our clients.

Please note that cancellation messages received after 6.00pm will not be picked up until the next day so will not count within a 24 hour notice period.

Monday appointments will be required to be cancelled by 2.00pm the Friday before.
